Bill has held leadership roles in global consultancies (RHR International & Right Management) and in corporations such as Scientific Atlanta/Cisco and IBM. He has consulted to individuals and organizations in the Americas, Western Europe, Asia, and Africa. He’s an expert on the role of adaptive development in leadership and organizational sustainability and has spoken on these topics internationally. Bill has been a well-received speaker at Conference Board and large company events. His style is lively, practical, and informed by the latest trends in leadership research and practice.
Mary Beth Hardy, Psy.D. - A licensed psychologist with business experience in most sectors of the economy, Mary Beth started her career in line leadership positions in the financial services industry. After obtaining her doctorate in psychology, she worked with a global consultancy (RHR International) providing assessment-based services to an executive and managerial population. Her practice has encompassed executive selection, developmental coaching (individuals and teams), succession planning, and change leadership. She has also held senior positions in the talent management and leadership development functions of large global firms such as Bank of America and Vistaprint. Mary Beth is based in Boston.
William Horst, Ph.D. - Bill is a licensed psychologist whose extensive postdoctoral practice has focused on executive assessment and leadership development. He has worked with executives and senior leadership teams in most industry sectors in several regions of the world including North America, Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and Asia. In addition to assessing hundreds of individuals for selection, Bill has consulted on vital talent issues associated with ensuring the success of mergers and acquisitions. As a senior consultant with RHR International for 18 years, he became known for his expertise in assessment-based talent management practices, from high-potentials to the C-Suite. Bill is based in Denver.
Michelle Muenks-Macaux, MBA - With a strong background in social psychology and organizational development (MIT Sloan School of Management), Michelle has consulted internally and externally on how to best align people with strategy in order to establish sustainable patterns of business performance. She is particularly interested in linking diversity and inclusion goals to our assessment-based strategies for developing early career leaders. Michelle's practical savvy enables her to coach and train line executives and functional leaders on how best to cultivate a culture of inclusiveness and engagement. Michelle is based in Boston.

He has extensive experience consulting to individuals and organizations in the US, Western Europe, and South Africa. Bill is a licensed psychologist (Ph.D., Indiana State University) with a strong background and education (MBA, Indiana Wesleyan University) in management. He has presented and written extensively on adaptive adult development and organizational sustainability, and has spoken internationally and written on the subject of responsible leadership in an age of sustainability.
